Dalam upaya berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan vokasi dan mempersiapkan lulusan yang siap menghadapi dunia kerja, SMK PGRI 1 Surabaya menginisiasi sebuah workshop refleksi yang bertajuk “Refleksi Penyelenggaraan Teaching Factory”. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi secara mendalam implementasi Program Teaching Factory yang telah dijalankan bersama SMK Pegimbasan SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo dan SMK Jejaring SMK PGRI 1 Surabaya.
Workshop ini menjadi ajang berkumpulnya para pendidik, praktisi, dan pemangku kepentingan pendidikan vokasi untuk berbagi pengalaman, pengetahuan, serta best practices dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis produksi. Melalui diskusi yang mendalam, para peserta akan mengidentifikasi tantangan dan kendala yang dihadapi selama proses implementasi Teaching Factory, serta merumuskan solusi-solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.
Kegiatan refleksi ini tidak hanya sebatas evaluasi, namun juga menjadi momentum untuk merancang strategi pengembangan Teaching Factory ke depannya. Dengan menggali potensi dan kekuatan yang telah dimiliki oleh masing-masing sekolah, diharapkan dapat tercipta sinergi yang lebih kuat dalam mewujudkan visi bersama untuk mencetak lulusan yang kompeten, kreatif, dan siap bersaing di dunia kerja yang dinamis.
Workshop ini juga menjadi wadah untuk memperkuat jejaring kerja sama antara SMK PGRI 1 Surabaya, SMK Pegimbasan SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo, dan SMK Jejaring SMK PGRI 1 Surabaya. Melalui kolaborasi yang erat, diharapkan dapat tercipta ekosistem pendidikan vokasi yang kondusif dan mendukung pengembangan sumber daya manusia Indonesia.
Sebagai penutup, workshop refleksi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi titik tolak bagi seluruh peserta untuk terus berinovasi dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan vokasi di Indonesia. Dengan semangat kolaborasi dan saling belajar, kita bersama-sama dapat mewujudkan cita-cita untuk mencetak generasi muda yang unggul dan siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan.
