Surabaya, 14 Desember 2024 – SMK PGRI 1 Surabaya berhasil melaksanakan Sumatif Akhir Semester (SAS) secara online pada tanggal 6-14 Desember 2024. Kegiatan ujian akhir semester ini melibatkan seluruh siswa kelas X, XI, dan XII dengan sistem yang terbagi menjadi tiga sesi setiap harinya.
Pembagian sesi ujian dilakukan secara efektif untuk menghindari penumpukan peserta. Siswa kelas XII memulai sesi pertama pukul 07.30 hingga 09.30 WIB, dilanjutkan dengan siswa kelas XI pada sesi kedua pukul 10.00 hingga 12.00 WIB, dan diakhiri dengan siswa kelas X pada sesi ketiga pukul 13.00 hingga 15.00 WIB.
Pelaksanaan SAS ini berjalan lancar di bawah pengawasan Bapak Dwi Ariyadi, ST, MM selaku proktor, serta dibantu oleh empat teknisi yang bertugas di berbagai ruang ujian, yaitu Bapak Sunaryo, ruang 1 s/d ruang lab, Ibu Santi ruang 5 s/d ruang bengkel otomotif lantai 2, Bapak Rahim teknisi ruang 7 s/d 9 dan Bapak Andri teknisi ruan bengkel listrik s/d ruang 12.
SAS SMK PGRI 1 Surabaya kali ini mengadopsi teknologi modern dengan menggunakan aplikasi Bro Exam yang dapat diunduh melalui Playstore. Para peserta ujian diharuskan memindai barcode soal pilihan ganda menggunakan Google Lens, sementara untuk soal uraian masih menggunakan lembar jawaban yang sudah disediakan oleh panitia ujian.
Dengan adanya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pelaksanaan SAS, SMK PGRI 1 Surabaya menunjukkan komitmennya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang inovatif bagi para siswa.
Tujuan utama dari pelaksanaan SAS ini adalah untuk mengukur sejauh mana siswa telah menguasai materi pelajaran yang telah diajarkan selama satu semester. Selain itu, SAS ini juga berfungsi sebagai evaluasi diri bagi siswa untuk mengetahui kekurangan dan kelebihan mereka dalam belajar. Dengan demikian, siswa dapat memperbaiki diri dan lebih siap menghadapi ujian-ujian berikutnya.
