Suasana Hall Mushola SMK PGRI 1 Surabaya pada Kamis, 23 April 2026, tampak berbeda dari biasanya. Usai menyelesaikan ujian Sumatif…
Pada Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023, sekolah mempunyai rencana program-program baru. Tentunya program yang lama yang baik dipertahankan dan dilanjutkan, serta merencanakan program baru yang lebih baik, mencoba untuk dikonsumsi dan dipelajari (al-Mukhafadhatu ‘Ala Qodimis Sholeh wal ‘Akdzu Bil Jadidil ‘Aslah). .
Sebelum Rohis itu bekerja melaksanakan program-programnya, maka mereka perlu dikawal (rapat, kegiatan LDKS, dan dimantapkan dengan materi pendalaman seperti adanya outbond SKI/diklat Rohani Islam). Tentunya didalam organisasi ada perencanaan, pelaksaanaan dan evaluasi, sebelum lebih jauh mari kita pahami tentang Rohis.
Pengertian Rohis
Rohis adalah Rohani Islam (Rohis) sebagai sub organisasi dari Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS), yang biasa disebut dengan Sie Kerohanian Islam (SKI). Rohis atau SKI ini, kegiatannya mendukung intra kurikuler keagamaan, dengan memberikan pendidikan, pembinaan dan pengembangan potensi peserta didik muslim agar menjadi insan yang beriman, bertaqwa kepada Allah Swt. serta berakhlak mulia dengan mengimplementasikan ajaran Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan kata lain Rohis sebagai wadah untuk memperdalam ilmu agama islam, serta wadah untuk pengembangan minat dan bakat, khususnya di bidang Kesenian Islam.
Fungsi Kegiatan Rohis
Pengembangan diri (taghyir an-nafs), yakni memotivasi peserta didik untuk mengembangkan potensi di bidang keagamaan yang dapat berkompetisi meningkatkan prestasi baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun masyarakat.
Pembinaan syakhshiyah Islamiyah (pribadi-pribadi yang Islami), yakni membina peserta didik muslim agar menjadi pribadi-pribadi unggul, baik dalam kapasitas keimanan, keilmuan dan pengamalannya.
Pembentukan jam’iyyah al-muslimin (komunitas muslim), yakni Rohis mempunyai fungsi sebagai wadah bagi peserta didik muslim untuk menjadi komunitas yang Islami dan menjadikan masjid/ musholla sebagai laboratorium kegiatan keagamaan di sekolah.

Prinsip Kegiatan Rohis
- Prinsip keyakinan (ideologis);
- Prinsip pengetahuan (intelektual);
- Prinsip pengamalan (konsekwensial) disebut juga sebagai akhlak, merupakan perwujudan tinggi rendahnya seorang muslim berprilaku.;
- Prinsip penghayatan (experiensial);
- Prinsip peribadatan (ritualistik) merupakan perwujudan tingkat kepatuhan seorang manusia dalam menjalankan perintah atau amaliah ritual.
- Prinsip pembiasaan (habitualistik) merupakan perwujudan tingkat pembiasaan diri dalam mengamalkan ajaran agama secara komitmen, konsekuen, dan kontinyu.
- Prinsip keteladanan (providing model) merupakan perwujudaan dari contoh keteladanan dalam mengamalkan ajaran agama baik perkataan, sikap, dan perbuatan secara komprehensif (syumuliyah).
Prinsip Dasar Pengembangan Rohis
- Pengetahuan (intelektual) — manifestasi tingkat pengetahuan siswa terhadap agama;
- Penghayatan (ekspriensial) – manifestasi penghayatan siswa dlm menjalankan perintah agama;
- Keyakinan (ideologis, aqidah) – manifestasi derajat keyakinan siswa thd kebenaran agama;
- Peribadatan (ritualistik) – manifestasi tingkat kepatuhan siswa dlm menjalankan perintah & amaliyah agama;
- Pengamalan (konsekuensi, akhlak) – manifestasi derajat perilaku siswa – cerminan dimensi ideologis & ritualistik
Adapun kegiatan pengembangannya bisa berupa:
Kegiatan harian (Salat Duha, Salat Jama’ah Duhur dan Asar di Sekolah, Tartil Qur’an 15 Menit sesudah duhur atau sesudah Asar),
Kegiatan Mingguan (Salat Jum’at, Infaq Jum’at, Bersih-Bersih Mushola/ Masjid Sekolah, Jum’at Beramal) dan juga
Kegiatan Bulanan (Khotmil Qur’an, Istighosah, Do’a Bersama), dan
Kegiatan Insidental/ Tahunan (Pelaksanaan Pesantren Ramadhan, pelaksanaan PHBI; Memperingati Maulid Nabi, Pelaksanaan Idul Adha, Penyembelihan dan Pembagian Daging Qurban), atau kegiatan-kegiatan Islam lainnya.
Kegiatan tersebut juga bisa berupa Ekstrakulikuler 2 sampai 3 kali perminggu, seperti pelatihan Da’i-Da’iah, (Pelatihan Dakwah Billisan/Dakwah Bilqolam: Puisi Islami, Cerpen Islami, Buletin Rohis, Mading Islami), Pelatihan Al-Banjari-bersholawat Nabi, BTQ, Qiro’ah, dan Kaligrafi. Kegiatan yang lain bisa berupa kajian Islami, Lomba Islami, Ziarah Wali, dll.
Kegiatan Rohis Memenuhi Ketercapaian Komptensi
Kegiatan Rohis dalam pelaksanaannya memenuhi ketercapaian kompetensi, diantaranya:
- Memiliki keimanan dan ketaqwaan kepada Allah Swt. yang mantap.
- Memiliki pengetahuan dan wawasan keagamaan yang luas.
- Memiliki kesadaran beribadah yang baik.
- Memiliki akhlak yang mulia.
- Memiliki kesadaran untuk berorganisasi.
- Memiliki kemampuan mengorganisir tugas sehari-hari.
- Memiliki keterampilan berbahasa yang santun
- Memiliki kesadaran mentaati peraturan.
- Memiliki keterampilan sosial.
- Memiliki keterampilan pengelolaan diri.
Kegiatan-kegiatan di atas, bisa menjadi perencanaan di sekolah masing-masing. Setelah menjadi program dan dilaksanakan dengan baik, dan kegiatan keislaman tersebut menyesuaikan kebijakan dari sekolah. Memang dalam melaksanakan kegiatan sesuai perencanaan itu para peserta didik perlu didampingi. Dengan kata lain setelah ada pelatihan Diklat, mereka sampai di sekolah perlu dibackup, dalam hal ini ada pendidik yang diberi wewenang oleh sekolah untuk meninindak lanjutinya. Sehingga dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ada hasil baik untuk sekolah. Mereka adalah peserta didik pilihan, harus menjadi contoh yang baik buat temannya dan adik kelasnya. Setelah kegiatan Rohis berjalan harus ada evaluasi perbulan sampai pertahun.
Perlu diingat Rohis merupakan wadah organisasi kerohanian bagi peserta didik yang berfungsi sebagai wahana pembinaan, pelatihan, dan pendalaman/pengembangan wawasan keagamaan. Keberadaan Organisasi Kerohanian menjadi urgen – sehingga perlu dioptimalisasikan peran & fungsinya (penguatan organisasi), sehingga dapat menjadikan, menciptakan suasana damai di lingkungan sekolah. Dari kegiatan-kegiatan religius diatas, semoga dapat mengurangi kenakalan remaja, di sekolah maupun di masyarakat luas, mengurangi tindakan Intoleransi, Perundungan dan Kekerasan Seksual. Dan semoga dari kegiatan Rohis diatas peserta didik bisa mengimplementasikan dirinya sebagai Profil Pelajar Pancasila.
Dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila
Datanganya Kurikulum Merdeka mencoba untuk mengembangkan kerangka kurikulum yang lebih fleksibel, dan berfokus pada materi esensial dan pengembangan karakter dan kompetensi peserta didik. Salah satu karakteristik utama dari kurikulum ini adalah Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Profil Pelajar Pancasila adalah profil lulusan yang bertujuan untuk menunjukkan karakter dan kompetensi yang diharapkan diraih dan menguatkan nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila peserta didik.
Berikut dimensi yang harus dimiliki oleh peserta didik, yaitu:
- Beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan berakhlak mulia.
- Berkebinekaan global.
- Bergotong royong.
- Mandiri.
- Bernalar kritis.
- Kreatif.
Dari keenam dimensi di atas, maka bisa menjadi acuan pada program-program Rohis yang ada, agar mantab bergerak dan berjalan sesuai harapan. Upaya tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan secara terpadu, yakni antara kecerdasan spiritual (SQ), kecerdasan sosial (ES), kecerdasan pikiran (IQ), dan kecerdasan emosional (EQ).
Pada Dimensi pertama Profil Pelajar Pancasila, mempunyai beberapa elemen yaitu: Iman kepada Than YME, Akhlak pribadi, Akhlak kepada Manusia, Akhlak kepada Alam, dan Akhlak terhadap Negara. Pada Dimensi kedua, Peserta didik Mengenal dan Menghargai Budaya: mengenali, mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan berbagai macam kelompok berdasarkan perilaku, cara komunikasi dan budayanya, serta mendeskipsikan pembentukan identitas dirinya dan kelompok, juga menganalisis bagaimana menjadi anggota kelompok sosial di tingkat lokal, regional, nasional dan global. Pada dimensi ketiga, peserta didik bisa berkolaborasi yakni bekerja bersama dengan orang lain disertai perasaan senang ketika berada bersama dengan orang lain dan menunjukkan sikap positif terhadap orang lain.
Pada dimensi keempat, peserta didik sadar diri pada situasi yang dihadapi: Melakukan refleksi terhadap kondisi dirinya dan situasi yang dihadapi, dimulai dari memahami emosi dirinya dan kelebihan serta keterbatasan dirinya, sehingga ia akan mampu mengenali dan menyadari kebutuhan pengembangan dirinya yang sesuai dengan perubahan dan perkembangan yang terjadi. Pada dimensi kelima, Peserta didik yang bernalar kritis mampu secara objektif memproses informasi baik kualitatif maupun kuantitatif, membangun keterkaitan antara berbagai informasi, menganalisis informasi, mengevaluasi dan menyimpulkannya. Dan pada dimensi keenam, Pesrta didik yang kreatif mampu memodifikasi dan menghasilkan sesuatu yang orisinal, bermakna, bermanfaat, dan berdampak.
Melalui kegiatan-kegiatan Rohis, peserta didik secara otomatis bisa mengaplikasikan Dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila tersebut, yang pertama yaitu beriman, bertakwa kepada Allah Swt., mereka membaca al-Qur’an, membaca sholawat Nabi dan mereka berusaha berakhlak mulia, serta mereka menjadi manusia yang berkebinekaan global walau teman mereka dari latar belakang yang berbeda, mereka saling bergotong royong dan saling membantu, bisa mandiri membuat proposal kegiatan dan menggalang dana, berusaha bernalar kritis dan kreatif dari apa yang mereka agendakan.
