Mentari pagi menyapa dengan hangat, Selasa, 19 Februari 2025. Lapangan SMK PGRI 1 Surabaya dipenuhi barisan siswa-siswi berseragam rapi. Semangat terpancar dari wajah mereka, siap mengikuti apel pagi yang menjadi rutinitas pembuka hari.
Pukul 07.15 WIB, suara Bapak Sunaryo menggema di ruang guru, mengingatkan seluruh peserta didik untuk segera turun ke lapangan. Tak lama, lapangan pun dipenuhi lautan siswa yang berbaris rapi.
“Istrihat di tempat grak! Siap… grak!” instruksi tegas Bapak Supriyadi, S.S., menggema di lapangan. Dengan sigap, para siswa mengikuti aba-aba untuk membentuk barisan.
M. Niko Maulana, sang MC, dengan suara lantangnya memandu jalannya apel. Thyo Meddy MDPS, siswa terpilih yang bertugas sebagai pemimpin upacara, berdiri tegap di depan barisan.
Dengan suara lantang melaporkan kesiapan barisan kepada pembina apel. “Kepada sang merah putih, hormat grak!” seru Thyo. Seluruh peserta apel dengan khidmat memberikan hormat kepada bendera merah putih yang berkibar dengan gagahnya.
Selanjutnya, Pembina Upacara Bapak Kustiono, ST, MM., mengajak semua peserta menghening cipta untuk mengenang jasa para pahlawan yang telah gugur. “Untuk mengenang jasa para pahlawan, mengheningkan cipta dimulai. Dilanjutkan dengan pembacaan teks Pancasila yang dipimpin oleh Kepala SMK PGRI 1 SUrabaya. Diikuti oleh seluruh peserta Apel. Suasana khidmat terasa begitu kental.
Kepala SMK PGRI 1 Surabaya, yang bertindak sebagai pembina apel, memberikan amanat yang penuh motivasi. Beliau menekankan pentingnya kedisiplinan, semangat belajar, meningkatkan kompetensi sesuai Jurusan dan menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Agar ketika lulus tetap mempunyai karakter yang baik dan mempunyai kompetensi yang dibutuhkan oleh industri.
Apel pagi ditutup dengan doa yang dibacakan oleh Wahyu Rizki Pradian S. “Jadikan kegiatan ini kegiatan yang bermanfaat, bimbinglah satukan pandangan kami, kabulkan doa dan permohonan kami, Robbana atina…” doa yang menyentuh hati, mengharapkan keberkahan dan kesuksesan bagi seluruh siswa SMK PGRI 1 Surabaya.
Apel pagi di SMK PGRI 1 Surabaya bukan hanya sekadar rutinitas, tetapi juga momen untuk menumbuhkan rasa nasionalisme, kedisiplinan, dan semangat kebersamaan. Semangat pagi yang terpancar dari wajah para siswa menjadi bukti bahwa mereka siap menghadapi hari dengan penuh optimisme.
